Our ITCS platform is a composable suite combining Fleet Management, Intermodal Transport Control Systems (ITCS), and Board computer capabilities—specifically designed for Public Transport Operators (PTOs). This integrated solution delivers real-time operational and technical fleet monitoring combined in a single dashboard.
Dispatcher-Centric
The goal of our ITCS is to deliver a dispatcher-centric solution that puts control, clarity, and responsiveness at the center of operations. Using on-board computer information obtained via ITxPT or IBIS-IP, the ITCS enables dispatchers to:
- Monitor trips and vehicles locations in real-time
- Track driver signing
- Monitor delays, trip and stop punctuality
- Set and manage diversions
- Activate passenger announcements
- Register and manage incidents

Real-Time Vehicle Monitoring & Diagnostics

Our ITCS system features a Digital Twin interface that mirrors the key operational state of each vehicle in real time. This gives dispatchers and operators direct insight into what's happening on board, moment by moment, such as:
- Vehicle key status (on/off)
- Driver sign in state
- GNSS position (live vehicle location)
- Door states (open/closed)
- Battery charge level
- Battery operating temperature
- GPS signal quality
Fleet Punctuality
The ITCS system features continuously compares actual vehicle performance against the planned timetable, providing real-time insights into network efficiency. Using scheduled trip data, the system generates a live overview of:
- All scheduled trips
- Vehicles currently in operation
- Real-time delays
- Overall punctuality performance
This enables operators to quickly identify disruptions, assess service quality, and respond proactively to keep operations on track
Historical Data & Reporting
All trip and vehicle data is stored in an Elasticsearch cluster, enabling fast and flexible access to both current and historical information.
Operators can use this data to:
- Generate detailed performance reports
- Analyse trends over time
- Build custom dashboards tailored to specific KPIs
- Support service optimisation and long-term planning
By combining live data with historical insight, ITCS gives operators the tools to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Incident Management
& Dynamic Diversions
The ITCS provides intuitive visual tools for managing service disruptions and distributing unscheduled diversions to vehicles in real time.
Example
In the event of a strike at a specific stop the dispatcher can:
- Filter and identify all lines that pass through the affected stop
- Mark the stop as temporarily cancelled
- Create and distribute a diversion scenario to all impacted vehicles and lines
This allows dispatchers to respond swiftly to real-world events and communicate with drivers and passengers with minimal delay.
